Crocodile Tours in Costa
Animal Planet Driving down the tropical nation street, then through the minimal old Costa Rican town made a beeline for Jose's Crocodile Tours, I had no clue what's in store. Presently, I had seen every one of the promotions in Jaco Beach and all the cool photos of the person Jose nourishing the crocodiles, however soon to discover, the photos and notices paid no due, to the genuine up close and personal experience... So we pull up at the docks, there are a couple long stream looking barge water crafts connected to the dock of this madly enormous and excellent wilderness waterway winding its direction the backwoods. Jose welcomes us at our auto. - you know its him since he has a shirt on that says Jose's Croc Tours... - Turns out to be a truly pleasant person and communicates in english great... Executioner - so we as a whole pay our $40 (which by the way is one of the least expensive visits in Costa Rica - and ends up being a standout amongst the most elating) We stroll down the dock and get in this watercraft and when we sat down, our heads were truly just around 3.5 feet over the water line... They unfasten the watercraft and we are off like a knew about turtles, headed down the waterway towards the sea - around 3 miles away - simply delightful, no indication of man, simply crude wilderness with a tremendous stream slicing through it and Wildlife Everywhere.... Joses ends up being an extremely savvy and very much educated visit guide knowing everything about the stream, wilderness and every last bit of it's inhabitants.... inside around 15 minutes we have seen an enormous assortment of dazzling waterway feathered creatures, we sustained a wild bird of prey, two medium estimated crocodiles, a couple of wild Macaws, four iguanas, a 'Jesus Christ Lizard' - it strolls on water, and what I believe was a turtle... furthermore some steers and a couple of wild steeds strolling down the stream bed eating grass.... it would appear that something out of a Wild Jungle River Tour motion picture, or on the off chance that you have ever been to Disneyland and rode on the Jungle Tour pontoon ride - looks simply like that... we take the watercraft the distance to the Pacific Ocean, do a little lap, then make a beeline for the waterway mouth, and up the stream to locate the "Enormous Crocs" so that Jose's vessel driver and parter "JImmy" can encourage them.... Jose says he utilizes Jimmy to bolster them since Jimmy is skinnier and wont get stuck in the mud... I contemplated internally, 'Would he say he is being not kidding'? - Turns out, he was!!!
